Who We Are
We are a small business specializing in invitations, announcements, programs, guest favors, accessories, stationery, and gifts. The Paper Loft was founded in San Diego, California in 2001 by graphic designer, Lisa Stenz. In addition to offering many of the most popular brands of invitations and stationery, Lisa also specializes in creating original designs. A favorite for weddings, The Paper Loft products are also perfect for any celebrated occasion including bridal and baby showers, baby announcements, bar and bat mitzvahs, parties, holiday cards, "just moved" announcements, and more. How to Order
A large selection of our products can be viewed and purchased on this website. Many more, however, are available by scheduling an appointment to view and purchase in person. If you are in the Temecula/San Diego area, please call or e-mail to schedule an appointment. If you are not local but are still interested in a custom design, feel free to call or e-mail with your questions and Lisa will be happy to assist you.
Shipping and Sales Tax
Shipping charges and applicable sales tax will be calculated automatically at checkout. All items will be shipped UPS or Federal Express unless otherwise requested. California residents will be charged 7.75% sales tax.
The Paper Loft must be notified within 3 days of receipt of any damaged or defective merchandise. Returns must be made within 2 weeks of receipt and must be preauthorized. Call or e-mail for authorization. A 20% restocking fee plus shipping will be charged on all returned items. Merchandise must be in original packaging and in resalable condition. There will be no returns on personalized items.
Credit Card or PayPal payment is required for all online orders. We accept VISA and MASTERCARD. If you wish to pay with a CHECK or MONEY ORDER please contact us and place your order over the phone. When your Check or Money Order arrives in the mail you will be notified that we received your payment. All Checks must clear the bank (regularly 7-10 business days) before items can be shipped. Once we receive the Money Order or the Check clears, your items will ship immediately. We do not accept C.O.D. orders. All orders are charged in U.S. Dollars.
